Hi!  My name is Andrew and I am eleven.  I got into showing, because I had a dog that was AKC registered and my mom, Suzie had entered me in the fun match at the end of a show that my sister, Tajia, was in.  I have been showing ever since that day and having a lot of fun.  I don't always win in the Open ring or the Open Junior ring, but I have fun anyways.

I have shown a dog named "Q".  Here's a picture of him when he was younger.  I finished him in a Fort Meyers show in 2004.  He was 10 years old before he passed over Rainbow Bridge.  I miss him a lot, but I remember the fun we had and how much he taught me about the show ring and how much patience he had with me while I was learning.

I am now training a puppy named Ruwach's Levi Strauss, but I call him "Merlin".  Here is a picture of him at about 5 months old.  He's almost seven months old now.  He has been shown in a few fun matches.  "Merlin" placed 2nd both days at his very first real AKC show.  He has no points or majors yet, but just wait...

NEWS FLASH!!!!!!!!!!!   We now have a 4 point major...Thank you, Mrs. Billings.

I like showing because it is a lot of fun and it is something to do besides watching TV or playing video games all day.  I love my dog, "Merlin", because he is playful, funny, runs around the backyard acting silly, and most of all - He is beautiful.

I go to the shows that my mom enters us in here in Florida. 

I don't always get asked to take another dog in the ring like my sister, Tajia, but I don't mind.  I just like being there and getting the chance to show my dog.  I would like to show dogs for my whole life.
