BOB 1980 ASA Celebration of the Saluki, Santa Barbara and recipient of the Urray
Dirk Perpetual Trophy. ASA also recognized Fanny by the bronze statue (created
by Mary Beth Halsey) awarded to the BOS Saluki at its Annual Celebration which
had its beginning in 1964 with Santa Barbara.
1980 and 1981 Breed Challenge Shield, offered by ASA, presented to the Saluki
which defeats the largest number of dogs in Breed and Group competition.
